Job Title – Export Account Manager

Full-time (08:30am – 17:00pm Monday – Friday)

Job Description:

The Export Account Manager will be responsible for managing and facilitating export sales transactions for our company. This role involves coordinating with various internal departments, external partners, and customers to ensure smooth and efficient export operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify customer requirements using a variety of Electronic Parts Catalogues.
  • Provide product information, pricing, and quotes to customers as needed.
  • Generate sales within an existing customer base as well as creating new sales leads.
  • Communicate with customers, suppliers and internal teams regarding order status, shipping details, and any potential issues or delays.
  • Work closely with the team to Achieve Our sales & Margin Targets.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • CV vehicle knowledge preferable.
